Baji 999 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

01 Eligibility

To register and use Baji 999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. These are not optional — they are conditions of access to the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Baji 999 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a Baji 999 employee.
• You must not have been previously banned or suspended from Baji 999 under a different account.

Baji 999 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you cannot provide satisfactory documentation, your account may be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings generated during an unverified period may be withheld pending review.

02 Account Registration

When you register an account with Baji 999, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment wallet details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure.

One account per person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on Baji 999. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person — whether by device, IP address, payment method, or identity — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Baji 999 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

Account registration is free. Baji 999 does not charge any fee to create or maintain an account.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

Baji 999 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All payment transactions must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name. We do not accept payments from third-party wallets or accounts belonging to other people.

Deposits are credited to your Baji 999 account balance within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. There are no fees charged by Baji 999 on deposits, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same wallet used for your most recent deposit. Withdrawal requests are typically completed within 3 to 5 minutes during normal operating hours. In some cases, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals, additional verification may be required before processing.

• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000 (higher limits available on request for verified accounts)

04 Bonuses and Promotions

Baji 999 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms.

Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus up to a stated maximum. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. • Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless stated otherwise.

• If a bonus is claimed using a payment method that is later reversed or disputed, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.

05 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Baji 999 — including Pappu, Texas Hold'em, Fortune Rabbit, Boat of Fortune, Go Goal Bingo, and the Wheel — operate using certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by Baji 999 staff or any external party.

Each game has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. Baji 999 does not accept disputes based on a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to players.
• Baji 999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error or incorrect odds display.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

If you experience a disconnection during a game round, the round will continue to its conclusion based on the game's logic. Baji 999 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

06 Responsible Gaming

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Baji 999 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the Baji 999 platform.

Baji 999 uses automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, we may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while an investigation is conducted. We will notify you of the outcome as soon as the review is complete.

08 Privacy and Data

Baji 999 collects personal data from players as part of the registration and verification process. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

10 Limitation of Liability

Baji 999 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baji 999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from technical faults, disconnections, or platform downtime.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits Baji 999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
